Kornit Digital announces commercial availability of Atlas MATRIX following successful global Beta program

Breakthrough platform expands on-demand production into polyester, blends and sublimated fabrics while delivering industrial-scale efficiency and premium retail quality

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ: KRNT, "Kornit Digital", "Kornit", or the "Company"), a global leader in sustainable, on-demand digital fashion and textile production technologies, today announced the commercial availability of the Atlas MATRIX platform following the successful completion of a global beta program across leading production environments in Europe and North America. The announcement, made ahead of FESPA 2026 in Barcelona, marks a major milestone in the evolution of digital apparel production.

Atlas MATRIX expands the capabilities of Kornit’s proven Atlas MAX PLUS platform into polyester, blends and sublimated fabrics, enabling customers to produce across virtually any fabric type with one unified production system while maintaining premium retail quality, durability and industrial-scale productivity. Recently unveiled at Konnections 2026, Atlas MATRIX introduces Kornit’s proprietary Karbon Shield process, enabling direct decoration on polyester and sublimated garments while eliminating the dye migration challenges that have historically limited digital production capabilities. The platform allows producers to seamlessly transition between cotton, polyester and blended fabrics in a single workflow, dramatically expanding application opportunities while simplifying operations and improving efficiency.

The system has already been validated through extensive production with multiple leading global customers across Europe and North America. Early adopters report exceptional print quality, superior hand feel, operational simplification and the ability to unlock entirely new categories of business that were previously difficult or impossible to address with existing digital technologies.

“The apparel industry is rapidly shifting toward agile, on-demand production models that require far greater flexibility, efficiency and responsiveness,” said Ronen Samuel, Chief Executive Officer of Kornit Digital. “Atlas MATRIX represents a major step forward for the industry, enabling our customers to expand into new applications, simplify production and accelerate the transition to digital manufacturing at scale. The early feedback and production results we are seeing from customers are extremely encouraging. We have already generated a strong backlog of upgrade demand from our existing install base, alongside new system demand from both existing and new customers, further validating the market opportunity and excitement around the platform.”

Among the companies participating in the global program are leading production providers spanning print-on-demand, customized apparel and large-scale fulfillment operations.

“We are already shifting meaningful polyester production volumes to Atlas MATRIX,” said Frederik Huhn, Director Global Fulfillment at Spread Group. "We are particularly impressed with the possibility of direct printing on dye sublimated shirts, allowing us to decorate these highly visible and important but tricky items in a single step with the highest quality. The Atlas MATRIX will allow us to capture opportunities that were not accessible before."

Rodney McDonald, President of US Colorworks, added: “Atlas MATRIX significantly expands what we can offer customers while simplifying production. The quality, feel and versatility we are seeing are extremely impressive.”

Atlas MATRIX further strengthens Kornit’s position as the industry leader in sustainable, on-demand production by enabling more localized, agile and inventory-efficient manufacturing models across a significantly broader range of apparel applications.

Live demonstrations of Atlas MATRIX will take place during FESPA 2026 at Kornit’s booth 3A95.
