ISPO AWARDS 2025: this is the 2025 shortlist

ISPO Award Jury meeting © 2025 ISPO
On November 30, 2025, the ISPO Award will be presented as part of this year’s ISPO in Munich.

The top 5 nominees in this year’s ISPO Award categories have been announced, giving an exciting first glimpse into the most innovative product developments in the sports and outdoor industry. The Gold Winners, the highest-rated products in each category,as well as the Jury Choice and Public Choice winners will be revealed live at ISPO.

The ISPO Award is one of the most critical benchmarks in the global sports industry. As ISPO’s seal of quality and innovation, it highlights each year the products, materials, and concepts that are shaping the future of sport.

ISPO Award: A Benchmark for the entire Industry

Every year, an independent jury evaluates hundreds of entries from the international sports and outdoor segment. The shortlist, the top 5 in each category, already shows the direction the industry is heading: toward sustainable material innovations, innovative technologies, functional everyday solutions, and products that combine performance with responsibility.

“With the announcement of the Top 5, we are giving the industry a first insight into the topics that are particularly relevant this year,” says Lena Haushofer, Exhibition Director of ISPO. “I am personally very curious to see which innovations will win their respective categories. The awards are part of a format that makes innovation visible, tangible, and immediately usable for the entire industry.”

Live Announcement at ISPO 2025

The Gold Winners and recipients of Special Recognitions will be announced live on November 30, 2025, at 12:30 PM on the Conference Stage in Hall B1. Only at the event will the brands learn which products have been awarded Gold and who will receive the Public Choice and Jury Choice awards.

The live format has become a key feature of ISPO: it allows brands and visitors to celebrate innovations together, exchange ideas directly, and experience the winning products immediately afterward in the ISPO Award Exhibition Area. All visitors of ISPO 2025 are warmly invited to attend the ISPO Award Gathering.
